A conversation on how men and women are “measured up”, self-worth, toxic masculinity, how to broach these conversations, and how to facilitate a child’s healthy/true sense of self.


Noreen Rahman graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Literature, Minors in Spanish and Criminology, Law and Society and a Master’s Degree in Demographics and Social Analysis. Noreen holds certifications in: sexual assault victim advocacy, suicide intervention and prevention, domestic violence victim advocacy, and reproductive health. She was with Girls Inc. of Orange County, a non-profit aimed at “inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold,” for 11 years and now works in Business Development for Natively Fluent.


This is a free event and open to the community. This discussion is geared specifically for parents of both boys and girls.
